Placing an order

When you are set up as a customer of Gemico, you will receive a retail price list, a shadow sheet book, a color brochure, and a sample board.  Please review the shadow sheet and samples with your customer noting all specifications, optional pieces and color desired. 


Orders can be placed verbally or via fax.  (All fax orders are given priority.)


Can I cancel the order?

All dash kits are custom cut as ordered.  Make sure you order the right kit and the right color for your customer, and most important take a deposit from your customer before you place an order.  Once a dash kit is cut you cannot cancel the order.


How long before we ship?

All Gemico dash kits are coated with a super gloss finish that requires proper curing time before they can be packaged for shipping; therefore your order is usually ready to ship in 3-4 days.



Payment for all orders is accepted via credit card, certified check or money order.  Company checks are only accepted upon completion and approval of check acceptance and personal guaranty form.  Terms are considered only for customers that reach monthly sales of $2,500.00 per month or more.  Credit references must meet Gemico's requirements.  Any N.S.F. check will result in a charge of $25 per check, the accounts terms being revoked and credit card, certified check or money order only will be accepted for future orders.


Shipping Policy

All orders are generally shipped via UPS or Fed Ex.  Refused shipments will require advance payment via credit card on future orders.  Shipments refused will be invoiced for any C.O.D. and freight charges.



All returns must be approved and assigned a Return Authorization Number before being shipped, otherwise they will be refused upon delivery.   All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, no exceptions.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and will be inspected upon receipt to be in new condition, complete and packaged properly.  Returns on previous year models, real wood, real carbon fiber are not accepted.



Our dashes are designed to install easily and to look great for many years.  Following our installation instructions has resulted in less than .01% product failure.  Please follow the instructions provided in this binder and make sure your customer is given a copy of the instructions if you sell him a kit that he wishes to install himself. 


IMPORTANT:  Improper installation VOIDS warranty.  Adhesive promoter must be used and is available through Gemico.  Please order it when you order a dash kit.  Our experience has proven that 3M tape is always consistent and always adheres to a properly prepped dash; therefore, warranty does not cover parts installed on an improperly prepped surface.



All Gemico dash kits are warranted to be free of manufacturers defect for a period of 36 months.  To receive warranty pieces or kits the defective parts must be received and inspected before replacements will be cut.  If you wish to have replacement pieces cut before returning defective parts, this will be done with a charge for replacements and credit will be issued on receipt and inspection of defective parts.
